How do I register for class?

You register for class by filling out our web form on the contact page. Remember, if you are not sure which class you need or which class is being held that day, leave the course type blank and write in the comment area that you are not sure and we will get back with you to find out which class you really need to sign up for.

Can I just show up to class?

No! For two reasons: First, to guarantee you have a spot in the class. Second: It is not advised that you just show up because if no one registered I will take it off the schedule and it might have been on the schedule before, but taken off.

Who are your courses provided through?

American Heart Association

Do I need AED Training?

AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is not optional and can’t be taken alone. You must sign up for either a Heartsaver CPR AED course or the BLS Healthcare provider Course.

When do I pay for class?

Payment will be collected at the beginning of class. If you forgot payment, you can either go to the nearest ATM or come back with it. You will not receive your card until payment is taken care of.

What happens if I can’t make it to the class?

Classes start on time, so if you do not call when running late at least 15 minutes before class, we have the right to reschedule you, or if you do not cancel 24 before class, there will be a $40 addition added to the cost of the class.

How long will class last?

The BLS Healthcare Provider CPR and the Heartsaver CPR AED classes are scheduled for two hours for Basic and Renewal. We only schedule nine people per class. Sometimes we have had class run over because of the amount of questions and skills challenges that come up with participants within the session. The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED can last form three and a half to five and a half hours, depending on if you are just doing Adult CPR alone or child/infant alone or all three in the same class.

How do I get a replacement card if I have lost mine?

We can send you a new original card the will cost $13 to replace. Or if you just need a copy we can email or fax to you at no charge.
